Shipping policy
We run our family business from home, and as a musician, I'm often on the road. So if you order while I'm on tour, please accept my apologies for delays in delivery. The support of people like you is what keeps me creating music, and I'll ensure your order is delivered to you as soon as I can organise it.
Order processing times
Unless there's unprecedented weather, pandemic lockdowns, or public holidays, orders should be fulfilled within a week of ordering. It's our goal to get orders out the next day, but sometimes it's not possible. Please allow 1-5 days after you've ordered for confirmation it's been lodged at the post.
Shipping costs
We don't use a calculator unless Shopify has provided it, which is why there's flat fees for postage for pretty much everything in the store. If it seems like too much (or too little for international postage) please get in touch before you place your order so we can sort it out.
Again, as a family business, we can't offer local delivery or in-store pick-up ... but if you come to a show you can buy your merch there. We don't have it as an online option as it would require equipment we don't have to cart around on tour.
